November 16, 2004 — (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — Bizwala (bizwala.com), a provider of Web design, Web hosting, and online marketing solutions, announced on Monday that it has completed the purchase of ILON Hosting, a virtual private server solutions provider.
The acquisition adds hosting services to Bizwala’s existing line-up of online and traditional marketing services. Targeted at the small to medium-sized business market, the combined businesses offer Web site design, Web site reselling, and technology consulting. Bizwala has experienced strong growth throughout 2004.
