August 7, 2003 — (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — Axtive Corporation (axtive.com) announced today the creation of ThinkSpark Web Services & Solutions, a unit that will combine Axtive?s current Web services and hosting capabilities into a multi-faceted customer offering under the ThinkSpark brand.
The offering will incorporate five core services: Web strategy consulting, interactive media planning and development, ongoing project management, application design and development and managed hosting solutions.
The newly created unit will result from the merger of Axtive’s business units, VirtuallyThere, Inc. and Media Resolutions, which have been providing Web services and hosting solutions.
“The combination of these two groups is a good tactic for our target market and current customer base,” said W.
