August 1, 2003 — (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — AT&T (att.com) and Oracle Corporation (oracle.com) announced yesterday they had signed a three-year, multi-million dollar managed hosting and application management contract with Michael Baker Corporation, an engineering and energy management firm.
According to AT&T and Oracle, both companies will help the Pittsburgh-based company move its financial, sales, contracts and project management applications online and integrate its 30 offices worldwide into a single networked operation.
The companies also said they will team up to deliver an integrated application management solution for Baker, using AT&T managed hosting services to optimize the performance of Oracle?s E-business Suite.
