May 20, 2003 — (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — WebSideStory, Inc. (websidestory.com), the creators of HitBox Web stats and analytics services, and Atomz (atomz.com), a provider of enterprise Web site software, today announced an alliance to provide an end-to-end solution incorporating Web site search, content management and Web analytics.
Under the agreement, the companies, which both provide ASP services, will integrate numerous products and work on several joint marketing projects. According to the companies, the services offered as a result of the collaboration will help businesses improve online customer satisfaction, generate more sales leads and better monetize content.
