April 16, 2003 — (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — Middle East region managed service provider ASPGulf (ASPGulf.com) said this week that it has completed a deal with Canon Middle East to host the company’s CRM solution, which is integrated with its ERP solution to allow access to Canon ME regional offices, employees and business partners.
The contract includes the management of dedicated servers running Microsoft platforms, as well as a back-end database system hosted on a shared server running a dedicated SQL Database.
According to ASPGulf, Canon ME is the first multi-national company in imaging and business solutions to host its warranty management applications in the region. The solution is also the first CRM application of its kind to be hosted in the region, says the company.
