February 3, 2003 — (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — WTS Inc. (WTS.com), an ASP partner for J.D. Rankings for the list, says WTS, are based on percentage growth in fiscal year revenues from 1999 to 2001. To qualify, companies are required to have been established before January 1, 1999, have demonstrated financial growth during the three-year period and be a privately held company with headquarters in Washington state.
