As mobile Apple products continue their popularity, companies are increasingly seeing the benefits of aligning themselves with the Apple brand. In February, Go Daddy started offering Mac OS X web hosting, tapping into an existing user market for Apple products. While admittedly a niche product, Mac OS X hosting capitalizes on the popularity of Apple’s reputation for simple, elegant solutions, which have garnered the company extremely loyal customers — and, in turn, healthy revenue streams for service providers.
