According to Apptix’s Wednesday announcement, in support of the new SLA guarantee, Apptix has appointed Harold McGann Jr. vice president of customer service. In this role, McGann will direct the day-to-day operations of all Apptix customer service teams.

With small and medium-sized businesses in mind, Appix has spend the last year working on enhancing its customer service and deploying a new management platform in order to offer a 100 percent service level agreement.
Following an eight year career in the US Marine Corps, McGann boasts a customer service career spanning 17 years, including eight at online business solutions provider Network Solutions (www.networksolutions.com), where he managed the day-to-day operations of two inbound and outbound technical support teams, responsible for more than $30 million in revenue. Prior to Network Solutions, McGann managed customer service teams at Snyder Communications and National Electronic Warranty.
