Aplus.Net Introduces New MS Service Offerings

June 9, 2003 — (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — Aplus.Net (aplus.net) announced today the introduction of Microsoft .NET (microsoft.com) and Windows Server 2003 services. The new service offerings will replace the Windows NT-based hosting previously offered by Aplus.Net.

According to the company, the new Windows Server 2003 plans are available immediately to new subscribers, with existing customers gradually being migrated to the new platform by the end of August 2003.

?We are pleased to offer our clients the very latest technology from Microsoft. It is clear that the .NET architecture represents the next wave in Web and applications hosting,? said Ivan Vachovsky, CEO of Aplus.Net. ?Our clients expect the fastest, most robust Web hosting services, and Windows Server 2003 delivers that speed and reliability.?

Selected plans will be completely compatible with Microsoft?s .NET framework and include features such as IIS 6.0, Microsoft Publisher support, Microsoft Office XP and 2000 support, and Microsoft Visual Studio .NET support.

?Although Aplus.Net is best known for its award winning Unix based hosting, some clients have applications which require the Windows platform,? said Vachovsky. ?The new service takes the needs of such customers to the highest possible level and makes Aplus.Net the preferred choice for both Unix and Windows based hosting.?
