December 2, 2003 — (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — AlertSite (alertsite.com), a Florida-based provider of Internet performance measurement and management services, and ScanAlert (scanalert.com), a California-based Web site security auditor, announced today that they have entered into a joint marketing agreement. Under the agreement, AlertSite will resell ScanAlert’s Hacker Safe certifications and ScanAlert will resell AlertSite’s real-time Web presence monitoring services.

According to the companies, their combined services will ensure that Web sites, services and other devices are running smoothly and free from vulnerabilities.
