October 22, 2003 -- (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) -- Web hosting automation software developer Alabanza Corporation (alabanza.com) announced yesterday the availability of its Reseller System Manager (RSM), a software solution that automates reseller tasks including billing, invoicing and various other customer management functions. All these tasks can be performed through the RSM control panel.

According to the company, the RSM's automation of time-consuming and labor-intensive tasks will allow resellers to focus on growing their customer base and reseller networks without having to take on additional staff.
