AFCOM Unveils Details of Data Center World Spring 2010

(WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — AFCOM (www.afcom.com), an organization for data center professionals, unveiled on Tuesday the details of its upcoming Data Center World Spring 2010 (www.datacenterworld.com).

The conference and tradeshow will be held on March 7 through 11, 2010 at the Gaylord Opryland, Resort and Convention Center in Nashville, Tennessee.

The event follows the success of last month’s Data Center World 2009 and Expo, where more than 600 data center professionals gathered at the Orlando World Center Marriott Resort and Convention Center in Orlando, Florida.

AFCOM will celebrate 30 years as an organization at the upcoming Data Center World Spring 2010 conference and tradeshow.

Highlights of the upcoming event include Live Data Center Tours, for a fee of $200, which will be held on March 7 from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m.

Users will be transported from the Gaylord Opryland Hotel to the facilities, which includes Vanderbilt University and Dolphini Networks.

The conference will include roundtable sessions, which will give attendees an opportunity to interact with one another and learn from their widespread experience.

These sessions will be run by a panel of experts, with an open-forum style that provides an atmosphere for frank discussions about the following topics:

There will also optional full-day tutorials, which provide attendees with professional training and insight into today’s key data center management issues. These tutorials will take place on March 8, 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and include a continental breakfast and lunch.
