Stephen Tsuchiyama, AccelOps' vice president of sales.
(WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — Data center service management solutions provider AccelOps (www.accelops.net) announced on Monday that it has named Stephen Tsuchiyama to the company’s vice president of sales, where he will drive sales for AccelOps’ data center and IT management solutions.
Tsuchiyama has over 14 years of experience building and leading high performance sales teams.
He joins AccelOps from Hewlett-Packard where he served as vice president of the Americas for the software as a service business unit.
Prior to joining Hewlett-Packard, Tsuchiyama joined HP via its acquisition of Opsware. As the vice president of its Asia-Pacific division, he established Opsware’s field operations team that launched the data center automation market across the region.
He grew the business from its inception and eventually expanded into Japan, China, Korea and Australia, acquiring multinational customers such as NTT, Bank of China, Samsung and Telstra.
“We are very excited about Steve’s joining,” says Imin Lee, CEO of AccelOps. “Steve brings a wealth of experience in sales operations and management, as well as selling data center management and SaaS solutions in the global market. His talent is a perfect complement to the leadership team. We look forward to working with Steve in the growth phase of our company.”
AccelOps provides data center monitoring and IT service management software delivered as a virtual appliance or SaaS.
Currently in its launch year, the company says it has seen significant growth for the integrated data center monitoring solution.
The company recently joined VMware’s Technology Alliance Partner program, where AccelOps integrated its products with VMware virtualization software and delivered these joint solutions to their customers.
