December 5, 2006 -- (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) -- Web hosting performance metrics provider RealMetrics (realmetrics.com) announced on Tuesday it has expanded its service with the launch of its entry-level dedicated hosting category.

RealMetrics says users can now access the standard performance metrics of uptime, Web speed and support response time for the new dedicated hosting category of providers. The providers included in this introductory dedicated category are ranked according to each metric and users can drill down to view graphs of monthly, daily and hourly detailed performance data along with month-over-month comparisons and category average percentages.

Addressing today's market demands for the natural migration from shared to VPS to dedicated is the driving force behind this inclusion, says RealMetrics.
