November 26, 2007 -- (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) -- Web hosting services provider FastNext (fastnext.com) announced on Monday it is now offering its customers seven types of dedicated servers, starting at $125 a month.
FastNext customers can select from the Server-440, Server-860-Conroe, Server-860, Server-1435-Opteron, Server-1950-Clovertown, Server-1950-Woodcrest and Server-2950-Woodcrest. All the servers are equipped with Dual Core or Quad Core processors, 1 to 4GB of RAM and hardware RAID with 64 or 256MB of memory.
Customers can add services based on their individual needs, including hardware upgrades, network backup storage, hardware firewall, on-demand load balancing, port filtering, clustering, SQL offloading, back-end switches for database or backup connectivity, KVM-IP and redundant power supplies.
"We strive improving to satisfy needs of our customers," says Serge Riabchuk, FastNext CEO. "Our clients' projects grow, so we often receive upgrade requests from those who need a dedicated server. That's why we launched the dedicated server offering, just as they wish."
FastNext announced last month it is offering a new Linux-based plan called EasyStart, which offers unlimited domains for $3.95 a month.
