November 19, 2008 -- (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) -- Reputation management solution provider RatePoint (www.ratepoint.com) announced on Wednesday that its website is now available in three additional languages next to English enabling online consumers to provide feedback to companies in their language of choice.

According to RatePoint's most recent announcement, users will now be able to provide feedback in German, Spanish and French as well as receive email updates from their favorite companies and services in their preferred language.

Companies can also provide the option of using more than one language at once, says RatePoint.

This is particularly significant for companies like web hosting provider 1&1 Internet - which partnered with RatePoint in July and began offering its reputation management service to all new 1&1 business hosting customers in mid-Septmeber - considering it serves quite a significant number of English and German-speaking customers.

Currently the partnership with 1&1 has drawn more than 2,000 customers from international small businesses, says RatePoint, the largest amount of which are from Germany. Overall, RatePoint says it is now managing more than one million customer contacts for its clients.

"Our clients now can request and receive feedback from their customers and members on their businesses to showcase online reputation in multiple languages," says Neal Creighton, CEO of RatePoint. "We plan to add additional languages in the future as demand continues to grow for excellent customer service and quantifiable business reputation in the global economy."

RatePoint helps companies manage what is said about them online by providing a mechanism to collect, manage and promote authentic consumer reviews and feedback directly from their websites.

Having made enhancements earlier this year, RatePoint's platform benefits consumers by giving them an interactive method to provide feedback directly to a business. The business can then use this important data to resolve potential issues.
