Attenda Enhances ISV SaaS Program

(WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) -- The SaaS delivery model continues to evolve with a growing market, forcing new ISVs to create on-demand components while existing ISVs move to transition to an on-demand model. Recognizing these growing needs, Attenda is offering more services and partnerships to enable ISVs to offer SLAs and switch over to a SaaS model.

The web host set of standardized infrastructures designed for ISVs adopting the SaaS delivery model from entry level, low cost test & development platforms to highly available, highly scalable, highly secure production platforms scaled for efficient application delivery to a worldwide client base.

The company has also announced a few new developments in partnerships, both existing and new, starting with its involvement in the Microsoft Software + Services Incubation Centre Program and the newly announced Microsoft BizSpark Program, which Microsoft announced Wednesday.

Attenda offers several partners to help ISVs make the transition to a SaaS model including Mural Ventures for SaaS business planning consultancy, Collectsoft Limited for financing and funding a SaaS business model and Sprecher Grier Halberstam for Legal & Contractual advice.

The web host also has many development partners to provide technical support in architecting software applications for SaaS delivery.

Attenda has also enhanced its set of services for its SaaS Provider Program for ISVs, starting with service lifecycle management, which uses the ITIL framework of best practise guidance for IT service management to ensure the full service lifecycle is understood and managed to meet their business requirements. Virtulized multi-tenant platforms expand on the significant investments Attenda has already made in its virtualization platform.

The company's business-led service level agreements are offered in either 99.9 percent or 100 percent, and a proactive business services monitoring framework. Finally, the company is offering further bid support for ISVs through certifications like the ISO9001 Quality Management Standard, ISO27001 Information Security Management and ISO20000 IT Service Management.

In August, Attenda launched its Real Time Infrastructure after a year of development and running its live internal applications for over six months to create a scaleable, "always on" solution for Internet and enterprise applications.
