Ensim Unify Nominated for Award

November 2, 2007 -- (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) -- Server automation and virtualization provider Ensim (ensim.com) announced on Wednesday that it has been named a finalist for Penton Media's Windows IT Pro magazine's "Best of Connections 2007 Awards," in the Exchange category. Winners will be announced at the Microsoft Exchange Connections 2007 (devconnections.com/shows/FALL2007EXCH) show in Las Vegas, Nevada beginning November 5.

The magazine says this is the first year it is running the Best of Connections program and ended up receiving more than 60 entries for nomination, 18 of which are going forward as finalists based on strategic importance to the market, competitive advantages and value to the customer.

"We are delighted that the latest edition of our Unify platform has been chosen as a finalist by Windows IT Pro," says David Wippich, CEO of Ensim. "This recognition is a testament to the value of Unify, and validates our commitment to delivering a solution that helps reduce the operational costs associated with provisioning and managing collaboration and communications applications, while boosting IT and employee productivity."

Microsoft Exchange Connections 2007 will be held at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino in Las Vegas from November 5 to 8.

Earlier this week, Ensim began offering a new service manager for Microsoft Terminal Services, bringing additional functionality to Ensim's Unify Shared Edition.
