BlueCat Becomes Microsoft Certified

October 30, 2006 -- (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) -- Network appliance builder BlueCat Networks (bluecatnetworks.com) announced on Monday it has been named a Microsoft certified solution provider for advanced infrastructure solutions.

BlueCat Networks says it achieved its certification after meeting the criteria outlined by Microsoft and its engineers successfully completed the examination process set out for the certification. BlueCat Networks says that as a MSCP, its customers have the assurance that the company's Proteus and Adonis appliances will work seamlessly with a Microsoft network infrastructure.

"This certification reinforces the value we deliver to our clients running Microsoft-based networks," says David Berg, director of product management at BlueCat Networks. "BlueCat Networks is among the companies that meet the high standards Microsoft has established for its network of certified partners. BlueCat Networks provides identity management, network access control, active directory, DNS and DHCP solutions. The company says its solutions enhance core DNS and DHCP services to strengthen security and manageability on a Microsoft network.
