All members of ServInt’s technical support team, as well as all sales engineers, and most back-office management personnel took and passed the cPanel University tests to acquire certification. ServInt has long prided itself on its customer service and support, and the company says that this 100 percent certification is the first of any web host.
“The certification of 100 percent of ServInt’s support team is just one of the many ways this service provider confirms its commitment to cPanel and WHM,” cPanel vice president of operations Aaron Phillips said. “When challenged to be the first Top 10 partner to achieve this level of certification, the team accepted the challenge and conquered it.”
“If any of our customers have questions about how cPanel works or how it can optimize their site’s performance, we are better qualified than any other web host to answer those questions,” ServInt chief operating officer Christian Dawson said.
cPanel launched its certification program in 2011, and offers 5 levels of training in each of tech support and sales, for both the Linux and Windows version of its control panel software. The tests are meant to be difficult, and only a minority of tests taken result in certification.
As competition in the cloud hosting arena develops, professional and technical certifications are becoming more valuable, and ServInt will seek to leverage this training program for the industry-standard server management control panel to augment its reputation as a customer service leader.
ServInt will host a joint webinar with cPanel on “cPanel 101: Top Features”on September 26th, and will also be a featured exhibitor at the upcoming cPanel Conference in New Orleans.
