Brinkster Offers Tech Support Via Skype

September 11, 2006 -- (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) -- Web design and Web hosting provider Brinkster (brinkster.com) announced on Monday that is now enabling its customers worldwide to call its customer support center for free by using the Skype VoIP service.

"Using Skype is the easiest way for our customers in over 170 countries worldwide to get a live person on the phone," says Jared Stauffer, president and CEO of Brinkster. "It's free, it's amazingly easy, and customers love how reachable our support team is."

Brinkster decided to deploy Skype to meet the demands of its growing international customer base, enabling it to offer live support via a toll free phone number in the US and Canada.

Brinkster now offers support via email, live chat, phone and Skype in English and Spanish for free and paid customers. Brinkster support can be reached directly via Skype using id "Brinkster_communications" or by clicking on the Live Help buttons on the Brinkster Web site. Calls are automatically routed over the Internet using VOIP to the Brinkster call center in Virginia Beach, Virginia.
