September 10, 2007 -- (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) -- Domain registrar and Web hosting provider Go Daddy (godaddy.com) announced on Monday that it is opening a new facility in Denver, Colorado.
Go Daddy says that with the opening of the new office there will be immediate employment opportunities for software developers and it gives Go Daddy the benefit of tapping the Denver community's talent pool. The new office is located at 8400 E. Crescent Parkway, in Greenwood Village, Colorado.
"This just made sense for us and for our customers," says Bob Parsons, founder and CEO of Go Daddy. "We have more than 220 award-winning developers working in our Arizona and Iowa offices right now. As we continue to grow, we need to expand our development teams and Denver is a great place to recruit new talent."
Parsons says he also refuses to offshore or outsource any work in order to maintain high-quality customer service. Go Daddy presently has almost 1,800 employees and five facilities in Arizona, which include locations in Phoenix, Tempe and Gilbert, as well as an office in Cedar Rapids, Iowa and a full-time presence in Washington, D.C.
Last week, Go Daddy was recognized with an award and distinctions by the 2007 Arizona Corporate Excellence awards.
