Intermedia Increases Storage Space

August 31, 2006 -- (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) -- Web hosting provider Intermedia (intermedia.net) announced on Thursday it has boosted the mailbox size of its entry-level Exchange hosting plan from 200MB up to 500MB per mailbox, without an increase its price. The storage upgrade follows the company's introduction of 1GB mailbox plans earlier this year.

"Most small businesses can't afford to spend time dealing with IT annoyances like a mailbox exceeding its size limit," says Serguei Sofinski, CEO of Intermedia. "Our new 500MB plan eliminates this common business problem and lets small businesses enjoy professional email with BlackBerry and Treo access, and no limitations."

Small businesses can sign up for a 30-day trial of Intermedia's Exchange hosting service. The Exchange hosting plan includes updates, upgrades and around-the-clock support from Intermedia's Microsoft Gold Certified staff.

Intermedia.NET's Small Business 3-Plan is priced at $9.95 per mailbox and provides customers with business messaging platform Microsoft Exchange 2003.
