MaximumASP Delivers Virtuozzo VPS

August 30, 2006 -- (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) -- Web hosting provider MaximumASP (maximumasp.com) announced on Tuesday that it had introduced a new line of Microsoft-based virtual Web hosting services, powered by SWsoft's Virtuozzo virtualization software.

MaximumASP says it will offer virtual environments that provide secure server instances that enable better use of resources while ensuring that applications do not conflict. Each virtual environment performs as a stand-alone server and can be rebooted independently.

The company says it will provide virtual environment management tools that enable users to perform administrative functions without impacting other virtual environments. The Power Panel included in the offering provides access to the server at all times.

"The Virtual Environment provides a lower priced alternative to our dedicated server offerings without making any compromise on quality," says Silas Boyle, managing partner at MaximumASP. "VE is an outstanding way for customers to take advantage of many of the benefits of a dedicated server at a lower price point until they are ready to upgrade to a truly dedicated server."
