July 23, 2008 -- (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) -- UK Web hosting provider WebFusion (webfusion.co.uk) has revamped its entire shared hosting range, and is temporarily offering discounts of up to 40 percent, making some plans as cheap as £3.95 per month.

Trying not to compromise on quality, the discount hosting plans are more comprehensive than before, offering increased webspace allowance and larger data transfer rates. More advanced developers will have access to more MySQL databases and up to 5000 mailboxes.

"The upgraded range of hosting packages will benefit a wide range of users, from beginners to experts," WebFusion managing director Thomas Vollrath said in a statement. "With the increased capabilities, coupled with our price reductions, customers will get a very competitive package with the support and service they expect from WebFusion."

With 24-hour account activation, users can sign up to pay monthly or on an annual basis with a thirty-day money back guarantee.

This is the latest service improvement in a very eventful year so-far for WebFusion. At the beginning of July, it licensed the CM4all (cm4all.com) WebsiteCreator Business Edition to integrate into its hosting brands.

In February, WebFusion began offering a new range of cutting-edge, dedicated servers plans starting at £59.99 per month.

Placing fourth overall, WebFusion was the most reliable UK-based hosting company in January 2008 according to a poll conducted by internet security and research firm Netcraft. That same month, WebFusion partnered with Microsoft to offer free hosting to UK students.
