Verio Attracts Resellers with Free Month of VPS Hosting: Companies looking to boost revenues are finding Verio's Free VPS promotion the right fit for getting started as Hosting Reseller.

By Justin Lee, theWHIR.com

July 3, 2008 -- (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) -- Data center and managed hosting provider Peak 10 (peak10.com) announced on Monday it has named Jeremiah Dooley its director of engineering for managed services.

This marks the first major appointment Peak 10 has announced since March when it named Ernest Leffler the company's VP of its Cincinnati operations. Prior to that, the company named Bill Cashman its virtualized services manager.

In this new position, Dooley will help lead Peak 10's comprehensive managed services portfolio including virtualization and storage services, managed security, server management and monitoring and business continuity and disaster recovery. "Jeremiah is uniquely qualified for this position because he has a keen understanding of both customer requirements and service delivery best practices," says Monty Blight, VP of managed services for Peak 10. "The creation of this position is a direct reflection of the growth in, and continued strong demand for, our managed services solutions. Our decision to hire from within underscores the superior technology and engineering expertise among our employees." Dooley previously served as the director of operations and engineering in Peak 10's Charlotte market. Peak 10 decided to hire Dooley in this new position for his success in growing and delivering the full managed services suite in his previous position, along with his industry knowledge and  hands-on server management experience.  Peak 10 is a data center operator and managed services provider, delivering scalable, economical and reliable solutions for hosting and managing complex information technology infrastructure.
