HostMySite Launches CF VPS Plans
Verio Attracts Resellers with Free Month of VPS Hosting: Companies looking to boost revenues are finding Verio's Free VPS promotion the right fit for getting started as Hosting Reseller.
May 23, 2007 -- (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) -- ColdFusion Web hosting provider HostMySite.com (hostmysite.com) announced on Wednesday that it had introduced two new ColdFusion virtual private server plans, built on CFMX7, MySQL5 and Red Hat Enterprise Linux, with a limit on the number of clients allowed per server.
HostMySite says the ability to run ColdFusion processes on an environment reserved for a single client and its applications increases the stability of the ColdFusion service, and allows the client's application to expand as needed within its own environment.
The company says its existing Linux VPS portfolio has been expanded to include two new VPS offerings with more memory, disk space and control panel options. The new plans were a response to customer demand for more powerful VPS environments.
"A VPS is a cost effective solution for customers looking to maximize their Web capabilities as well as manage their IT infrastructure," says Monish Sood, Director of Marketing for HostMySite.com. "We've seen great customer success with our Windows VPS offerings, so it was a natural progression to enhance our Linux plans with ColdFusion and more resources.
In April, HostMySite offered a free trial of Microsoft's IIS 7 in its beta form.
