March 28, 2007 -- (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) -- Web hosting provider Server Intellect (serverintellect.com) announced on Tuesday it has acquired application hosting provider ValiantHost (valianthost.com), which specializes in FogBugz hosting.

The move enables Server Intellect to further develop its specialized FogBugz hosting solutions, and makes it the largest FogBugz hosting provider in the market. Developed by Fog Creek Software, FogBugz is a Web-based application that enables software development teams to efficiently organize and track software bugs.

"Server Intellect has a rich history of looking toward the future and actively implementing hosting solutions that will strategically benefit our customers, both for today and tomorrow," says Eric Pratt, managing director of Server Intellect. "By further developing our line of Application Hosting solutions, we hope to empower our developer customers with a technology that enables them to do their jobs more efficiently and effectively."

Current customers will be moved to the Server Intellect brand and given access to the company's assortment of technical support resources, including around the clock helpdesk support and toll-free telephone support.
