March 19, 2007 -- (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) -- Web hosting software provider EMS-Cortex (ems-cortex.com) announced on Monday that it has been selected by Web hosting provider UTICA Managed Solutions (utica.nl) to provision a full range of hosted Microsoft services.

UTICA says that until now, it was provisioning its exchange system manually and needed a platform that could automate its Hosted Exchange in order for the company to increase customer satisfaction and reduce staff work.

UTICA adds that implementing Cortex has helped to unlock the full potential of its services and has prepared the firm to capture a bigger share of the market with new innovative hosted offerings based on Microsoft technologies.

"Cortex integrates the most demanded ASP applications under one user interface and one user identity," says Ivan Wells, general manager of EMS-Cortex. "The provisioning of services is fully automated and day-to-day administration is performed by customers themselves. The easy-to-use Web interface allows customers with little or no in-house IT expertise to start managing their own users and services with virtually no training."
