Verio Attracts Resellers with Free Month of VPS Hosting: Companies looking to boost revenues are finding Verio's Free VPS promotion the right fit for getting started as Hosting Reseller.

March 14, 2007 -- (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) -- Data center developer and operator 365 Main (365main.com) announced on Wednesday it has been recognized by the Pacific Gas and Electric Company (pge.com) for its load-reduction accomplishments while participating in PG&E's Critical Peak Pricing program.

365 Main says hundreds of PG&E business customers participate each year in the voluntary CPP program, which offers financial incentives to single-building customers that reduce or shift their energy usage away from peak periods between May 1 and October 31, such as special alerts issued by the California Independent System Operator, conditions of high forecasted California spot market power prices and testing or evaluation periods. PG&E says 365 Main is a leading performer within the data center segment.

"365 Main recognizes the importance of improving data center efficiency, and we are taking proactive steps to dramatically reduce our power usage," says Chris Dolan, CEO of 365 Main. "We care about the communities in which we do business, and participating in PG&E's CPP program helps ensure power uptime for everyone, especially during those critical summer months. We're very proud of the results we've achieved so far and will continue looking for ways to improve."

PG&E also reported that 365 Main's San Francisco, California data center saved $70,000 in utility costs through its participation in CPP in 2006. 365 Main has since opened an additional Bay Area data center in Oakland that will also participate in CPP in 2007.
