March 2, 2006 -- (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) -- Colocation and Web hosting provider American Internet Services (americanis.net) announced on Wednesday that it had launched a resale channel program, signing up its first partner in e-commerce service provider Business eStore (businessestore.com).

Business eStore provides e-commerce software combined with complete Web site design and programming services. The company says its total solution allows its customers to focus on their businesses and not on the technology involved in getting them online.

"The businesses that we serve? all demand a high level of excellence and we are very pleased to now offer Business eStore's world class eCommerce services to our clients," says Robert DeuPree, CEO of AIS. "Daily, more than 50 million emails and in excess of 1 million dollars of transactions flow through the data center. I know our clients can take advantage of Business eStore's scalable eCommerce application and we are looking forward to a very beneficial partnership."

AIS says its clients will benefit from the deal through access to Busines eStore's software capabilities and design services.
