February 8, 2007 -- (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) -- Web hosting provider MochaHost (mochahost.com) announced on Thursday its customer support has been ranked #1 based on an extensive customer support survey by HosTest.net (hostest.net) and test performed among 50 major Web hosting providers.

MochaHost received an excellent score on the response quality part of the test and answered all email support requests with an average response time of 24 minutes. The survey was performed by an independent company and is available online at hostest.net/Survey.aspx.

The Web host also announced it currently offers several season specials including free domain transfer and 6 months of free hosting, as well as two lifetime free domains for any of the MochaHost plans when customers sign up for two years of service. The offer will be valid through February 28.
