January 27, 2006 -- (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) -- Web hosting provider X9 Hosting (x9hosting.com) said on Wednesday that it had upgraded its support center with the addition of phone support.

The support will be available 24 hours a day.

"We feel that customers like to know that there is an actual person behind the support. With our new phone support we believe that we can have better communication with each and every one of our customers, which is our top priority," says Kevin Kopp, president of X9 Hosting. "We hope all customers will take advantage of this great program."

X9 Hosting operates out of a data center in Atlanta, Georgia.
