Verio Attracts Resellers with Free Month of VPS Hosting: Companies looking to boost revenues are finding Verio's Free VPS promotion the right fit for getting started as Hosting Reseller.
January 22, 2008 -- (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) -- Web hosting provider A2 Hosting (a2hosting.com) announced on Monday that it has released a new range of virtual private server hosting packages.
A2 Hosting says that its VPS offering is powered by OpenVZ and all packages come with a HyperVM control panel. Other features include the ability to reload and re-image the VPS, access to install or compile custom software, port monitoring and IP blocking, full root access and overall control over network services running on the VPS.
Each VPS package is also compatible with different Linux distributions including Debian, CentOS, Fedora, Gentoo, Slackware, openSUSE and Ubuntu and each customer also has the choice of custom OS templates.
"Our new VPS hosting packages will enable us to attract hosting customers that need more space, power and flexibility than traditional shared hosting packages have to offer," says Bryan Muthig, CEO of A2 Hosting, "but also need a more affordable alternative to managed dedicated hosting."
