Verio Attracts Resellers with Free Month of VPS Hosting: Companies looking to boost revenues are finding Verio's Free VPS promotion the right fit for getting started as Hosting Reseller.

January 14, 2008 -- (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) -- Web hosting provider GeekStorage (geekstorage.com) announced on Monday it has introduced a series of virtual private server plans starting at $25 per month.

The new "Powered by Geek" VPS offering uses SWSoft (swsoft.com) Virtuozzo virtualization technology and offers ongoing support.

"SWSoft has created a great virtualization experience for users with their Virtuozzo platform and we've chosen them because of their reliability in offering a secure and stable environment," says Jay Higdon, GeekStorage founder. "In addition to deploying the very powerful Virtuozzo technology, we'll be offering either a free cPanel, Plesk or DirectAdmin control panel to our geeks."

GeekStorage says it plans to continue expanding its offering to include dedicated servers in the near future and is currently offering several discounts to customers throughout January.

Last week, SWsoft announced that Belgium-based Web hosting provider COMBELL GROUP launched a new line of virtual server hosting plans powered by SWsoft's Virtuozzo software.
