Verio Attracts Resellers with Free Month of VPS Hosting: Companies looking to boost revenues are finding Verio's Free VPS promotion the right fit for getting started as Hosting Reseller.

January 7, 2009 -- (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) -- Microsoft Gold Certified managed hosting provider Fpweb.net (www.fpweb.net) has a new reseller program for their hosted services, giving resellers the opportunity to provide Microsoft-based hosted solutions at no additional cost or having to provide technical support.

According to the company's Tuesday announcement, Fpweb.net's Hosting Reseller Program includes hosted Microsoft SharePoint, MOSS, Exchange and Dynamics CRM, all with Fpweb.net's 24/7 monitoring and support. To help resellers advise clients on managed services, Fpweb.net offers free pre-sales support for consulting, product expertise and infrastructure recommendations.

"Our competitive partnership program grows as the reseller's business grows, ensuring a solid return on investment month after month,"Fpweb.net chief executive officer Rob LaMear IV said in a statement. Resellers can start small with as few as one customer with no contracts or fees, and discounts grow as more services are added to the reseller's account.

"We believe partnerships of any kind should be an easy, natural fit that's mutually beneficial so we built our program around that belief,"LaMear said. With different technical and security aspects involved in managed hosting, reseller programs in this sector remain scarce.

In December, Fpweb.net received Safe Harbor certification for data protection, proving its hosted services meet the privacy protection standards set forth by the European Commission's Directive on Data Protection.
