November 5, 2004 — (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — Data center operator Peak 10 Inc. (peak10.com) announced on Thursday that it had acquired Xodiax, a Louisville, Kentucky-based provider of managed services, colocation, hosting and connectivity. The terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
The Louisville, Kentucky-based company also announced that it has signed three major clients in the first quarter of the year, including a disaster recovery contract with Appriss, a provider of communication solutions for businesses and government agencies. The deal was signed last month and no financial terms were disclosed.
