October 7, 2010 — DNS solutions provider Neustar announced on Wednesday its board of directors has named Lisa Hook the company’s new president and CEO. Previously serving as president and chief operating officer, Hook succeeds founding CEO Jeffrey E. Ganek who will remain as chairman of the board. The appointment will be effective October 15.
