SGS Moves to CyrusOne Data Center

October 26, 2004 -- (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) -- Texas-based data center operator CyrusOne (www.cyrusone.com) announced on Tuesday that SGS North America, a division of the control and inspection company SGS, has signed an agreement with CyrusOne to move its network infrastructure from Toronto, Canada to CyrusOne's data center on the Southwest Freeway in Houston.

Q9 to Open Additional Data Center

The 36-month master lease agreement was arranged through MFP Financial Services. In connection with the financing, MFP will receive up to 200,000 warrants exercisable into one common share for 24 months at an exercise price of $0.50 per share.
