Hibernia Atlantic Plans Fastest New-York-to-London Fiber-Optic Connection

September 30, 2010 — High-bandwidth connectivity provider Hibernia Atlantic has announced plans to build the lowest latency cable route from New York to London, which will give high-frequency traders latency of less than 60 milliseconds. According to Hibernia’s Thursday announcement, its new “Project Express” will strengthen the company’s existing Global Financial Network.
