February 18, 2011 — PayPal experienced an outage early Friday morning leading to a downtime of more than an hour. According to PayPal’s Developer Network, the outage began at 12:11 am PST, and was eventually resolved by 1:23 a.m. PST. However, PayPal said it did not have an estimated time for resolution during the outage, which appeared to block customers from their accounts.
