January 24, 2012 — HostExploit, an organization devoted to publishing data on the involvement of Hosting Providers (willing or unknowingly) in cybercrime, issued its Top 50 Bad Hosts and Networks report for Q4 2011 on Tuesday, showing, among other things that Oversee.net, which topped the rankings in its Q3 report had improved its standing through a concerted effort at “responsible hosting.”
