Tucows Acquires German Domain Registrar EPAG for $2.5 Million

August 2, 2011 — Domain registrar Tucows announced on Tuesday that it has acquired all the shares of EPAG Domainservices GmBH from QSC AG for about $2.5 million in cash. German-based EPAG is an ICANN-accredited registrar that manages more than 400,000 domains. The registrar offers more than 200 TLDs as well, according to the press release.
