Microsoft SSL Patch Contains Bug

According to Microsoft, the problem is caused by Windows 2000 trying to repeatedly load drivers that do not load successfully. Microsoft said after the update described in MS04-011 is installed, certain symptoms may develop. They include the system appearing to stop responding at startup, not being able to log on to Windows, and CPU usage approaching full capacity.
