Terremark to Host Peering Forum

February 16, 2005 — (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) — Internet exchange and network service provider Terremark Worldwide Inc. (terremark.com), the London Internet Network Exchange and Lucent Technologies announced on Tuesday that they will host more than 125 global peering experts from around the globe at the annual TerreBit Peering Forum. The conference will be held in Miami and the Bahamas from March 4 to March 7.

Under the acquisition terms, Terremark paid $40 million for the equity interests in Technology Center of the Americas, LLC and repaid $35 million in debt.

XO Completes Allegiance Acquisition
