CDN Provider Highwinds Launches Licensed CDN Offering

October 5, 2011 – Content delivery services provider Highwinds announced on Wednesday that it has expanded its portfolio to include a Licensed CDN offering for ISPs, telecos and MSOs. This comes a few months after its appointment of Mike Padula Jr. to the senior vice president of global sales for content delivery and network services.
