Host Europe Buys Freedom4 for ?120m

March 18, 2008 -- European telecommunications provider Freedom4 Communications, formerly known as Pipex Communications, announced on Tuesday it has signed an agreement to sell its hosting and network service division to Host Europe for ?120 million.

Pipex Rebrands to FREEDOM4

March 7, 2008 -- Pipex Communications announced on Friday it has renamed the company to FREEDOM4 Communications as the company shifts its focus towards offering business-strength Internet services and hosting solutions.
