August 24, 2011 –Switzerland-based web hosting provider Hostpoint announced on Wednesday that it has launched its e-commerce cloud service platform. According to Hostpoint, it will offer the basic edition of ePages for a “quick and easy” way to set up an online shop at no extra cost with its smart and business web hosting package.
August 3, 2011 — Web hosting provider Nexcess announced on Tuesday that it has added Global Crossing to its 3,200 square foot Dearborn, Michigan data center. According to the press release, Nexcess web hosting clients have access to Global Crossing immediately. Nexcess says the addition will improve connectivity speeds to users around the world, as well as those behind any provider that purchases connectivity from Global Crossing’s backbone network.
