October 13, 2006 -- On-demand sales and marketing library provider ShareMethods announced this week that it has upgraded its operations into a SAS 70 Type II data center provided by AppSite Hosting, a division of Vericenter.

May 26, 2006 -- Managed IT service provider VeriCenter announced on Thursday it had launched a new Web site for its dedicated hosting subsidiary for small to medium-sized businesses, AppSite Hosting.
WebXess Buys VeriCenter Shared Clients
September 16, 2004 -- (WEB HOST INDUSTRY REVIEW) -- Web hosting provider WebXess, also known as Webii.net, (webii.net) announced on Tuesday that it has acquired the shared hosting and e-commerce hosting accounts of VeriCenter (vericenter.com) company AppSite Hosting (appsitehosting.com) and certain assets of Sprint's (sprint.com) Dellhost (dellhost.com), which VeriCenter acquired earlier this year. The company did not release financial details of the deal, or the number of customers acquired.
VeriCenter Migrates Users to PureHost
An explanation on the PureHost Web site says the migration was undertaken in order to separately serve the specific needs of shared and dedicated hosting customers.
