Kerry Bailey, group president of enterprise cloud strategy and services for Verizon, will succeed Medina in the leadership position. Verizon announced back in January it would acquired Terremark for $1.4 billion.

Web Host Terremark Names Hearing Date for Acquisition Litigation Settlement

April 25, 2011 — Web hosting provider Terremark Worldwide announced on Friday that the Delaware Court of Chancery will hold a hearing on June 21 to consider the proposed settlement of litigation brought in connection with Verizon’s acquisition of Terremark. Earlier this month, telecommunications provider Verizon closed its acquisition of Terremark  for $1.4 billion.
